Refund Policy

At SILQMÏST, we are committed to excellence and quality. Every Raw and Virgin Hair wig or extension is freshly prepared, ensuring it is brand new and made exclusively for you.

Due to hygiene and health safety, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on wigs unless they are deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind upon receiving your order, you may return the wig within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Untampered with
• Returned in its original packaging and condition

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue either:
• An exchange, or
• A store credit

We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Defective Products

Contact us@silqmist.com within 72 hours with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos

If confirmed faulty, you will be offered:
• A replacement, or
• A full or partial refund (depending on the defect)

Shipping Your Return

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• SILQMÏST is not liable for unreceived returns
• Keep your tracking number
• Untracked/lost parcels cannot be refunded
