Product descriptions, care instructions, and specifications are provided under each product tab. Please review before ordering.

Wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

2. Copyright & Use of Images

All images on silqmist.com are the property of SILQMÏST or licensed for use. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Influencer Content Rights

Influencers grant SILQMÏST a royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for promotional purposes. SILQMÏST may retain and reuse content even after collaboration ends.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to:
• Fulfill your order
• Provide customer service
• Send exclusive offers (if you opt-in)

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime by emailing info@silqmist.com with “unsubscribe”.

5. Payment & Fraud Prevention

We accept Credit/Debit Cards. Billing and shipping addresses must match. Additional verification may be required.

6. Delivery Terms

Orders ship to the address submitted at checkout. If incorrect, cancel and reorder within 1 hour.

7. Density Guide

• 180% = 2–3 Bundles
• 200% = 2.5–3.5 Bundles
• 250% = 3–4 Bundles
• 300% = 3.5–4.5 Bundles

NEW: Custom Product Fulfillment Timeline

Custom products will be fulfilled within no more than 14 business days.
This includes preparation, quality checks, and dispatch.

8. Refunds for Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order is delivered, no refund will be issued.
