2. Product Details & Disclaimers

Product descriptions, specifications, and care instructions are provided on each product page. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs and hair products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or worn, except where the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards and approved third-party payment providers, including Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Klarna. When using third-party payment providers, additional terms and conditions may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud, unauthorised activity, or pricing errors are suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate.

  • Standard processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom products: Custom orders are fulfilled within no more than 14 business days, including preparation, quality checks, and dispatch.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is delivered successfully, no refund will be issued.

5. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions apply for hygiene-sensitive products, including wigs and hair products, where the item has been opened, worn, altered, or used. These items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Where a return is accepted:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Store credit is not offered as a refund alternative

  • Return instructions and address will be provided upon request via email

6. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All content on this Site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of SILQMÏST or licensed for use. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Influencer & User-Generated Content

Influencers and collaborators grant SILQMÏST a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes. This licence remains valid even after a collaboration ends.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personal information may be shared with payment providers, shipping partners, and service providers where necessary to fulfil your order and operate our business.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders flagged as high-risk. Orders may be delayed or cancelled where fraud is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SILQMÏST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
