At SILQMÏST, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a fair, transparent returns process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Right to Return (14 Days)

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that all of the conditions below are met.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, unworn, and untampered with

  • In their original packaging and original condition

  • Free from odours, damage, or signs of wear

  • Suitable for return due to hygiene and sanitary standards

This right of return applies to all customers and payment methods.

Hygiene & Sanitary Products (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair products, and extensions are not eligible for return if they have been:

  • Opened

  • Worn

  • Installed

  • Altered

  • Used in any way

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers and does not affect your statutory rights.

Free Returns & Refunds

  • Return postage is free of charge for eligible returns

  • No restocking fees apply

  • Exchanges and store credit are not offered in place of refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at us@silqmist.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us@silqmist.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable

Important Notes

  • Items returned that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be refused

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us

  • This policy operates alongside your statutory consumer rights
