At SILQMÏST, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products every time. Each of our Raw and Virgin Hair wigs or extensions is custom-prepared and brand new—made just for you.

Due to Hygiene and Safety

We do not accept returns on wigs for hygiene reasons and to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've changed your mind after receiving your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

• Unused and unworn
• Untampered with
• In its original packaging and condition

Note: Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not cover the cost of return postage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will offer either:


• An exchange, or
• A store credit for future purchases

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, contact us at us@silqmist.com within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please include:


• Your order number
• Photos/videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, and if the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll issue a replacement first. If a replacement is not available or suitable, a refund or store credit may be considered.

How to Return an Item

For your protection, please return your item using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Please Note:
• We do not cover return shipping fees.
• SILQMÏST is not liable for returned items lost in transit.
• Always keep your tracking receipt and proof of postage.
• Items returned without tracking or that are lost will not be refunded or credited.
